Panto Scripts with Roles Worth Having
These scripts carry 10 to 13 principal characters, with named supporting roles on top. Enough substantial parts to share around, and an ensemble with specific things to play rather than crowd work. Each one runs a full two acts with an interval, typically around two hours of playing time, and your Performance Licence covers minor changes, so doubling and cameo roles are yours to arrange. The count is a starting point rather than a requirement.
Medium Cast Pantomime Scripts
Cinderella Pantomime Script
With 11 principals, and unusually four of them comic leads: two Ugly Sisters and two fairies, one of whom is on work experience. Good for a company with several confident performers who all expect a proper part.
Dick Whittington Pantomime Script
With 11 principals covering London streets, a sea voyage and a rat-infested court. King Rat and Eileen the cat are both substantial parts, and Sarah the Cook and Idle Jack carry the fast comedy between them.
Goldilocks and the Three Bears Pantomime Script
With 13 principals this sits at the top of the band, and the circus setting gives nearly all of them a speciality to play. Dame Barnum, a rival owner, twin clowns and three bears, plus room for a Chorus of circus acts.
The Little Mermaid Pantomime Script
With 12 principals and five named supporting roles on top, there is more here than the count suggests. The undersea ensemble scenes take as many performers as you have, and Dame Beluga's singing lessons are a gift for a strong comic lead.
Pinocchio Pantomime Script
With 10 principals and nine named supporting roles behind them, this script has more named parts than any other on the page. Good for a company that is medium-sized on leads but deep on everyone else.
Sleeping Beauty Pantomime Script
At 10 principals this sits at the lighter end of the band, and none of the spectacle depends on a big company. Carabosse gives you a wicked villain, and the three good fairies are a team with a dream.
