Easter Pantomime Scripts
Pantomime is not just for Christmas. These scripts work just as well in spring.
A growing number of societies and youth theatre groups are discovering that Easter is an excellent time to perform pantomime. Audiences are available, venues are bookable, and the competition for family entertainment in late March and April is considerably thinner than in November and December. For groups who find the winter production season congested, or who simply want to give their company a second outing in the year, an Easter pantomime is a genuinely practical choice.
The scripts below all suit an Easter or spring production particularly well. Their settings and stories don't depend on a wintry atmosphere, and the comedy travels happily into any season. Several have outdoor or adventure-led storylines that feel particularly well matched to the time of year.
